Photo(s) Of The Day “Sunflowers In HDR”

Here are a few shots that received a LOT of positive feedback on when I originally posted them last year.  These shots were taken in East Amwell, New Jersey over the summer of 2010.  It was about 2 o’clock in the afternoon, sun blazing high in the sky and roughly 600 degrees, so of course I wanted to run around in a field with no shade!  Ok, all sarcasm aside, I am glad I went.  I was able to capture some excellent images.  Each one of these images were created by combining 3 shots at different exposures (+1 / 0 / -1) by varying the shutter speed.  All of the images were captured at ƒ4 & ISO100 with my Sigma 10-20mm wide angle lens.
